Even if you know all about your business and the market that you’re focusing on, don’t overlook the competition. There are people who are doing the same thing you’re doing, and some of them have been doing it longer. If you learn all that you can about them you’ll see where you’re weaker and where you’re stronger. Then you can play to those strengths and have a great chance at success.
