How to Leverage Your Internet Marketing Content
Regardless of what business you’re in or what your endeavour is, the power of leverage is undeniable. Piggybacking off the work you’ve done once, for months or years to come is not only profitable, it’s effortless.
As an internet marketer I’ve not only come to love the power of leverage, I’ve come to rely on it as a source of constant leads. If you produce quality content… most specifically articles and videos, this content can work for you almost indefinitely.
Imagine writing an article (taking all of 30 minutes to produce) which will not only be present on your blog indefinitely, but on article directories and social websites as well. Produce useful, well written content, and do proper keyword research, and eager internet marketers will be reading what you have to say for years to come. Offer something of value in your content, and generate leads indefinitely over something which took 30 minutes to create. Amazing isn’t it?
How can you leverage your article content even more easily? Create a simple 30 second keyword-optimized video introducing your article, and you have yet another lead generation source. Want to leverage your 30 minutes of work once again? Submit the article you’ve posted on your blog to high-quality social bookmarking sites, and upload your video to either traffic geyser or tubmogul (if you don’t know of either of these resources, I would highly recommend you join one of them now).
In addition to creating several other locations where your content can be viewed, you’ve just created tons more “link-juice” for yourself. You now have multiple high quality sources linking back to your article on your blog, all optimized around specific keywords you’ve chosen. If you’ve done proper keyword research, you may find your article on your blog now ranking organically on search engines for your main article keyword (I don’t think I need to stress how incredible ranking organically is for generating traffic for your blog). Talk about leverage!
If you’re not already leveraging your internet marketing content, you’re wasting your time. Why produce content which may only be read be a few people, when you can use the power of leverage, spend a little extra time on a few simple tasks, and increase your views and leads by a significant factor? So leverage your content, and enjoy the benefits for years to come!
